The Nordic Cyle

A spa at a campground?

Yes. Our purpose is to help guests unwind from the stress of their busy lives so they wake up to what is what matters most. We built the spa to help with the unwinding, the relaxing, the letting go...

A "Nordic Spa" is one that allows you to alternate between hot and cold.  It has enormous health benefits, but there is a third stage to the Nordic Cycle people often forget. It's the most important part: where your body finds equilibrium.

In Nordic spa culture, the restore part is best done in natureThat's why we built the spa nestled under the Northern Pines of the Desert of Maine Campground.
