A spa weekend in Maine
Sauna, hot tub, cabin. Repeat.
Unwind Nordic Spa is in the campground, a short walk from your site. Stay in a cabin or a dome, spend the weekend going between the sauna, the cold and the hot tub, and fall asleep by your own fire.
How a spa weekend works here
Stay, then add the spa
Book your cabin or dome, and add spa days when you book or any time after from your Guest Portal. Campground guests pay $35 per person per day.
Come and go all day
Your gate code opens the spa at noon on the day you arrive and works until noon on the day you leave. Go in the morning, come back after dinner.
Open every day
The spa is open every day of the year, 8am–9:45pm. It's for adults 21 and over.
The Nordic cycle
Contrast therapy is simple: heat up, cool down, rest, and do it again. It's an old Scandinavian habit that leaves you loose, warm and sleepy.
- A cedar Nordic sauna
- A salt-water stone hot tub
- A salt-water plunge pool with a waterfall
- Somewhere to sit by the fire and do nothing
The best cabins for a spa weekend
Any site works, but for a weekend that's mostly about rest these are our favorites:
- Luna domes — a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a loft and a giant window onto the woods.
- Haven cabins — our largest cabins, with a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The secluded Havens sit a little apart.
- Lunita domes — our most secluded sites, for two.
